Find your RehmatGems order confirmation or shipping confirmation in your inbox. Check your spam or promotions folder if needed.
Open the order-status or tracking link in that message to view your own order securely. If prompted, verify using your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.
When tracking has been added to your shipment, follow the tracking link to see available delivery updates.
Use the carrier link in your shipping confirmation or order-status page. If the carrier's website asks for a tracking number, copy the number from your shipping confirmation and paste it into the carrier's tracking field. Updates depend on the carrier's scans and may not appear immediately.

If you cannot find your confirmation, have not received tracking, or need help with a delivery update, contact RehmatGems. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout so we can help locate your order. Please do not send payment card details or passwords.
